Darlene is the proud founder, owner, and Executive Chef of Darlene's Delightful Catering. Her love for cooking began in her childhood kitchen, where she spent countless hours learning family recipes and experimenting with flavors. Over the years, Darlene perfected her culinary style through family gatherings, church dinners, and special events, always delighting friends and loved ones with her delicious creations.

Her journey as a chef has been shaped by her deep faith and commitment to community. Darlene has long been the go-to cook for her family church, where she not only prepared meals for large congregations but also managed and oversaw all kitchen operations. Today, she continues to serve her new church community, bringing people together through the joy of food.

Darlene is a devoted wife to her husband of over two decades. Together, they have raised four sons—now grown men—who learned the art of delighting others with food from a young age. Her sons often lend a hand in the kitchen, carrying on the family tradition of culinary excellence. Darlene is also a proud grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren, who are already beginning to receive lessons from the best: their grandmother.

With a lifetime of experience, a passion for hospitality, and a legacy of family and faith, Darlene personally manages every aspect of her business.
